External Partners help us build sustainable livelihoods

A number of studies have shown that SMEs are going to be the main growth area in terms employment. The formal sector alone will simply not provide the employment needs of this country. SME programs represent a sector that will provide maximum community development benefit for the donor dollar.

Funding for SME development and the other activities of the Centre remain our main constraint. The Government of Fiji supplies the bulk of our funds but there are many calls on the public purse, and our government grant can not be our sole source funding if we are to fulfil our mission.

We thus invite interested and willing donor organisations to assist us not only with funding but with:

  • Training
  • Technical assistance
  • Project development
  • SME Research Programs
